Welcome to CAPolicies.com. If you spend as much time managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments as I do, you will know that Conditional Access policies are one of the most powerful — and most misunderstood — controls available to administrators.

I'm Daniel Bradley, a Microsoft MVP in Security, technical author at Our Cloud Network, and the creator behind community tools including msadminroles.com, msmessagecenter.com, and msdocstracker.com. Over the years, one of the most consistent pain points I have encountered — both in my day-to-day work as a Technical Architect and in conversations with the wider IT community — is the lack of a clean, browsable reference for Conditional Access policy templates.

Microsoft provides baseline templates inside the Entra admin centre, but there is no easy way to quickly browse, compare, and export those policies outside of the portal. On top of that, organisations following frameworks such as CIS often need a separate set of policies aligned to specific benchmarks.

I built CAPolicies.com to bridge that gap. The site brings together Microsoft's official Entra templates and CIS benchmark policies in one place. You can browse every policy, inspect the full JSON, copy it to your clipboard, or download it directly — ready to import into your tenant via the Entra admin centre or Microsoft Graph.

My goal has always been to build practical, community-driven utilities that make life as an IT professional a little easier. I hope CAPolicies.com becomes a useful part of your security toolkit.
